I met Ishita after undergoing an event which caused me very high anxiety. She helped me make peace with the state of things and guided me to work towards reducing my obsession with it. We also worked towards planning my future and making some life decisions. My conversations with her were highly satisfying and I’d highly recommend her as a therapist.
