Dealing with severe anxiety and depression, the sessions with Ishita have helped me a lot to understand the patterns in my thoughts and behaviour, as well as coping mechanisms.

I feel much better equipped to handle ‘difficult’ days, thanks to our sessions. I have tried therapy before but discontinued it shortly after, feeling like it didn’t work, but Ishita’s approach has made me more confident and accepting of my mental health.
